What is the main focus of your site?
The main focus was as a resource for various different pieces of writing, but has now primarily become a repository for film reviews and film-related stuff. I will be streamlining the website in the New Year, to make it entirely film focused.
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
My long term aim is to try and create a good film resource on-line that will house some quality writing on a wide variety of film.
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?
I like to put across my point of view about the films I've seen and then enter into a dialogue with readers of the website. I make a point of replying to every comment/query made. In the New Year I will be revamping elements of the site to make it a much more interactive experience, including adding polls, spaces for alternate reviews, trailers and updating the rating system.
How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
It has been active since mid-August and at the moment I update it at least once a day, on average.
Name up to three of your favorite movies (and no more).
Karhozat (Damnation)
Vertigo
Chinatown
How did you hear about the LAMB?
I heard about via a Canadian blogger called Franz Patrick.
Any additional comments, or give yourself an interview question that's not listed above.
My favourite film genres are Westerns and Noir-Thrillers. My favourite directors are Krzysztof Kieslowski, Don Siegel, Howard Hawks and Wim Wenders.
