The problem is it's not a photoshop portfolio, but a movie! M. Night Shyamalan is no longer the same sensitive, cinematically-engaged filmmaker who gave us the surprisingly great "The Sixth Sense". This big screen adaptation of the highly regarded epic animated series that ran on Nickelodeon from 2005 to 2008, marks Shyamalan’s first foray into mass-scale pre-existing franchise adaptation, but he completely failed to seize upon whatever it might be.
