Adventure Has A New Name: Adèle Blanc-Sec

It’s been awhile since French based director, Luc Besson, has directed a film. Already written at least 40 movies and produced over 80 but only directed just over 10, many of his films have achieved popular, if not critical success. Critics cite Besson as being a pivotal figure in the Cinéma du look movement, a specific style of film being made in the decade of the '80s into the early 1990s. “Subway”, “The Big Blue” and “La Femme Nikita” are all considered to be of this stylistic school.
