What is the main focus of your site?
Rock Hudson, his classic films and famous costars. It focuses on his work more so than his personal life.
What are your blogging goals, personally and/or professionally? In other words, what, if anything, are you trying to get out your blog?
I feel like Rock has become overshadowed by the way he died. The goal of my blog is to draw attention back to what originally made the world fall in love with him, his humour, his charm, and his ridiculously good looks! Hopefully it will help him find some new fans as well.
Do you prefer an interactive community for your blog or are you the teacher and your readers the students?
I definitely prefer an interactive community. Discussions on Rock stretch across the blog and its facebook, twitter, and tumblr accounts. The community is always growing. The more the merrier!
How long have you been movie blogging for, and how frequent do you post updates to your site?
The site officially launched November 25, 2010 (Rock Hudson's 85th birthday). There are three regular weekly posts. Monday is a random Rock Hudson post, Wednesday is handpicked eBay items, and Friday is a picture of the week. Other miscellaneous posts are often sprinkled in too.
